• deconvolution should be used to obtain high quality images for all kind of fluorescent microscope images

• parameters of the imaging system have to be entered to create a model of the image degradation

• with huygens remote manager

  • doing deconvolution is easy
  • parameter sets can be saved, reused and managed
  • parameter sets can be applied to many images in the same time

• huygens2 can be used directly if necessary
