For MRI users with a username and password:

•    Registration for the MRI platform
To use the facilities of the platform, it is first necessary to register and monitor the conditions of entry which will be sent by email.

•    Password Loss
In case of password loss, enter your email and you can change your password.

•    Change your email account in your MRI
Log in and click "manage my account"

•    Booking system equipment
Schedule management system equipment. To book equipment, you must be registered to the platform and have a username and password.

•    MRI GLPI
This software can report incidents on the MRI machine platform (microscopes, cytometers, tomograph RX)

•    File management: SFTP server (see installation guide)

This interface allows you to manage your files, transfer them to your account or download them. The images will deleted after 2 years automatically.

•    OMERO
This is a centralized software to manage your images. You can manipulate, share and store the images from this software.

•    GLPI for MRI-NET
This software allows to report incidents or requests computer.

•    Redmine
This software helps manage projects of the platform, some projects are public and some are private and not accessible to unauthorized persons.

This application is used to declare and manage malfunctions on equipment in conjunction with the booking system.

Document management system for quality

•    Owncloud
Document management and online calendar for tracking quality of the platform. Sharing quality documents.

•    Webmail
Our e-mail management system for staff with an address "mri.cnrs.fr".
