Image and data analysis are an important part of imaging based research projects. MRI provides consulting, training and the hard- and software infrastructure needed for the analysis of imaging data. We also develop customized image analysis plugins for you.

We offer comprehensive support for bioimage analysis, from the start of a research project to publication. The support we provide is tailored to each individual case and can include one-on-one software training or the creation of custom analysis tools.

OPEN-DESK SESSION

Do you have questions about image analysis? Do you need help with a script or macro? Are you planning to start an image analysis project with us? Then come join us at the next open-desk session.

SOFTWARE AND TOOLS
The facility provides access to proprietary analysis software, open source software and tools developed in house. We also provide access to deep-learning solutions including the training on your own data on our machines.

SCIENTIFIC WORKSTATIONS
Our scientific workstations provide the hardware needed to run visualization and analysis software, including deep-learning solutions. You can make a reservation for a workstation here.

Please contact the facility for training and consulting. The facility also provides freely accessible "Call for help" sessions. We regularly develop and animate image analysis related workshops within the context of the technological workshops of BioCampus Montpellier.

 DATA-MANAGEMENT

 Data can be transferred between the sites of the facility via sFTP. For the scientific exploitation of the data the facility hosts a server OMERO.

MRI-DBS Optical

Imaging facility MRI-UM-DBS was established jointly in december 2006 by Biology Health Departmentof Montpellier Uniiversity and IFR122. It is located on the second floor of the building 24 of Montpellier University (Triolet campus).

The facility is accessible 24/24 7/7 for staff (DBS staff).

For external users, access to university is allowed from 8:30 am to 18h on workdays.

MRI-IGMM

Created in January 2007 from the already existing common cytometry facility of the Institute of Molecular Genetics of Montpellier (IGMM), this platform is located at the basement of IGMM. This platform is currently composed of several analyzers and one FACSAria cell-sorter.
The service is available 24h / 24 and 7 days/7 for IGMM, CRBM and IRIM users. External users who would like to use the facility out of working hours (8 am-19h) on week days should contact the manager of the platform
